Rhuperdia is the sixth child of nine children. She is a wife to Manzel Clay and mother of two children, Dajaie and Stone Clay. Rhuperdia holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology; she also has her Masters in Special Education. She currently teaches at the elementary level due to having a passion for teaching students at the onset of their education. She chose to accept the responsibility of being a Girl Talk advisor and facilitator because it will give her the opportunity to give back to young women in her community. She also believes it will give her the chance to discuss and illustrate her commitment to staying abreast of trends that affect young women and allow her to remain equipped to effectively teach and mentor.
