Kristy Esch is the Director of Marketing at Olio, a Broad Ripple-based software company that simplifies engagement between health systems and their post-acute partners to support patients. Kristy is a 2019 Tech 25 Award recipient. She previously worked in various content marketing roles at PERQ and Angie’s List. Kristy enjoys working with innovative and creative teams to engage audiences, expand products and build a company’s brand. Under Kristy’s editorial direction, her teams have won more than 100 awards from groups such as The Communicator Awards, Indiana Society of Professional Journalists, Association for Women in Communications, The National Association of Real Estate Editors and the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Kristy has a bachelor’s degree in both Journalism and English Literature.
For the past several years, Kristy has been involved with Girl Talk Inc., first as a presenter, and then as a volunteer and now Board Member. Kristy enjoys guiding young girls in the Indianapolis community to build their self-esteem and provide them with life skills to help them reach their true potential in life. With her co-workers, Kristy has enjoyed giving back to the Indianapolis community in various ways, from coordinating back-to-school drives to helping raise money and put together art kits for The Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana.
