Cirsten Secrest

Cirsten Secrest is an HR professional with an extensive background in employee relations and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).  She is a member of both the national and Iocal chapters of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Cirsten has a passion for serving her community, particularly women and young girls.  Since 2015, she has worked with the Dress for Success Indianapolis organization, serving as a workshop facilitator and as an advisor for the Professional Women’s Group.  Cirsten is an active member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, where she serves on the health, leadership, and marketing committees.

Cirsten is a mother to 3 children – 2 boys and 1 girl.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, museums, and spending time with family. Cirsten’s goal with Girl Talk is to continue being a voice for women and girls, and to teach her own children the importance of being of service to others.
